Laleston

The Mackworth Arms was built in the 1800 and not as old as many buildings in Laleston, it,s claim to fame is it has the Longest Bar. Named after the family Mackworth who were prominent property and land owners of the time.
During the 1800 pubs used to give brass tokens with the pub name on in change to insure a loyal clientele and the Mackworth was no exception.
